Scope and priority
This policy applies to service engagements with Voro Ventures Private Limited where it is incorporated into the relevant transaction. VoroHQ.com itself does not accept payments or process online purchases. Please review the written proposal, programme terms, or service agreement before paying. Specific terms apply where lawfully agreed and clearly disclosed; mandatory consumer protections and other statutory rights always remain available.
How to make a request
Email accounts@vorohq.com from the contact address used for the transaction. Include your name, brand, invoice or project reference, payment date and amount, reason for the request, and any relevant supporting information. Copy grievance@vorohq.com if your concern is unresolved. Do not send full payment card details, passwords, or one-time passwords. A cancellation takes effect as determined under the applicable agreement and law, not merely because an enquiry has been submitted.
Before work or fulfilment begins
Where cancellation is permitted and work has not started, the refundable balance will be assessed against the agreed terms. Any deduction must relate to a clearly disclosed, lawful charge or a reasonable, evidenced cost actually incurred for your engagement. A fee is not automatically non-refundable simply because it was described as an advance, registration fee, or deposit.
After work has started
For a cancellation during an engagement, we will review the work performed, deliverables supplied, milestones, and any authorised third-party commitments. An adjustment may be made for services actually performed or lawful, evidenced costs properly attributable to the engagement. Undelivered or unearned amounts will be addressed under the agreement and applicable law. We will explain the basis of any deduction; this policy does not impose automatic forfeiture of the entire payment.
Cancelled events and brand-specific arrangements
For a cancelled or materially rescheduled event, available options and any applicable refund will be communicated in accordance with the programme terms and law. Property booking amounts paid to a developer or seller are governed by the relevant transaction documents and applicable statutory requirements; any separate Voro fee must be disclosed and reviewed on its own terms. Film cancellation and usage rights depend on the agreed production milestones and work completed. Brand-specific terms cannot exclude mandatory remedies.
Non-delivery, deficiency, and payment errors
If a service is not delivered as agreed, is deficient, or you identify a duplicate or excess payment, contact us with the relevant evidence. We will investigate and consider an appropriate correction, re-performance, refund, or other remedy as required by the facts, contract, and law. No clause on this website prevents you from seeking relief for a deficient service, misleading representation, or unlawful charge.
Review and refund processing
We aim to acknowledge a complete request within 3 business days and provide an outcome or a substantive progress update within 10 business days. Approved refunds are ordinarily initiated within 7 business days of approval through the original payment method, unless another lawful method is agreed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount. Any shorter mandatory deadline takes priority. These processing targets do not suspend or narrow your statutory rights.
Escalation and contact
If you disagree with the outcome, write to grievance@vorohq.com with the transaction reference and earlier correspondence. We will review the matter and aim to respond within 30 days, or earlier where law requires. You retain the right to approach a competent consumer forum, regulator, court, or other lawful dispute-resolution mechanism. For legal correspondence, email legal@vorohq.com.
